Job Summary
Assess patient rehabilitation goals through thorough evaluations and manage a consistent caseload with one-on-one therapy sessions. Develop comprehensive treatment plans utilizing evidence-based techniques, deliver hands-on manual therapy and progressive exercise protocols, and monitor progress to adapt plans based on clinical outcomes. Document all interactions and treatment results accurately in WebPT software while collaborating with physicians and specialists. Encourage healthy lifestyles by designing tailored fitness programs and promote non-surgical alternatives to reduce medication dependency. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM in a collaborative environment focused on orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Connecticut
- Strong professional record, free from board or disciplinary actions
- Proficiency in evidence-based manual therapy techniques
- Exceptional skills in developing and implementing tailored exercise and rehabilitation protocols
- Familiarity with WebPT EMR software to document patient care services efficiently

- Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting
