Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for orthopedic patients, developing and modifying individualized treatment plans based on progress assessments. Perform regular reassessments to monitor outcomes, maintain meticulous documentation in the electronic health record system, and provide education to patients and families regarding the rehabilitation process. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care for diverse populations, including children and adults with post-surgical needs and chronic pain. Deliver both in-person and telehealth evaluations and treatments while adhering to all regulatory requirements. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- A current and unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in Washington State
- Demonstrated capability to conduct both in-person and telehealth evaluations and treatments
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with a varied demographic of patients and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Desired Qualifications
