Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify treatment needs and objectives, then design and implement individualized treatment plans based on current orthopedic best practices. Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and corrective exercises, to enhance mobility while monitoring progress through regular evaluations and adjusting plans as necessary. Maintain detailed documentation using WebPT EMR Software and actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create coordinated care strategies. Educate patients on self-management techniques and preventative measures to reduce future injury risks. This role involves one-on-one sessions for patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, post-operative recovery, chronic pain, and sports injuries at our state-of-the-art facility in Leesburg, Virginia.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- Current, active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- A strong background in orthopedic outpatient therapy
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience in manual therapy techniques and personalized exercise programming
- Proficiency in using WebPT EMR Software
- Prior work in fast-paced orthopedic settings
