Job Summary
Assess patients' goals and needs through comprehensive evaluations and maintain a patient load of one-on-one consultations per hour. Develop and implement individualized care plans utilizing manual therapy techniques and exercise programs to improve functionality and mobility. Document all aspects of patient care accurately using WebPT EMR software and monitor progress through regular evaluations to adjust treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure cohesive care for individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries or sports-related injuries. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- A current and valid California Physical Therapist License, with no board actions or disciplinary measures against it
- Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques and the development of effective exercise programs tailored to patient needs
- Proficient in the use of electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to manage patient documentation and care effectively
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient-centered care
- Prior experience as a Physical Therapist within an orthopedic outpatient setting
- A background in sports medicine
