Job Summary
Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of each patient's abilities and goals. Manage a patient load allowing for one-on-one, personalized care with approximately one hour per session. Implement diverse therapeutic techniques to enhance motion and mobility, focusing on cost-effective interventions that minimize pain medication needs. Conduct regular evaluations of treatment effectiveness, monitor patient progress, and adapt plans as necessary. Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions and treatment details using electronic medical record systems like WebPT. Provide consistent motivation and support throughout the rehabilitation process. Work onsite at our Los Angeles facility Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Experience and familiarity with EMR software, specifically WebPT
