Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patients' goals, needs, and functional limitations, then maintain a manageable load of one individual per hour to ensure personalized attention. Utilize evidence-based practices to develop individualized care plans, implementing tailored exercise routines that enhance mobility while minimizing reliance on pharmacological interventions. Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, collaborate with healthcare professionals for holistic care, and regularly document services to maintain thorough records. Continuously monitor treatment effects to adjust care plans as necessary and educate patients on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination enhancements. This role supports the outpatient orthopedic practice in Bellevue, serving diverse clients recovering from sports injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington
- No history of board actions or disciplinary actions against your license
- Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage patients and collaborate with team members
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT
- Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient care
