Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' goals and treatment requirements, then manage a curated caseload averaging one patient per hour. Develop cost-effective, individualized care plans utilizing evidence-based interventions to enhance range of motion and mobility. Create customized fitness and wellness programs addressing unique patient needs while collaborating with physicians and specialists for cohesive care. Evaluate treatment efficacy and maintain accurate documentation using WebPT software. Work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM in a collaborative orthopedic outpatient setting focused on musculoskeletal recovery.
Required Qualifications
- Earned Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- Current, valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
- Demonstrated excellence in maintaining a clean professional record, without history of board or disciplinary actions.
- Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques, with a focus on improving patient outcomes.
- Exceptional skills in developing and executing exercise protocols that align with evidence-based practices.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, for efficient patient documentation and management.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
- Experience in designing comprehensive fitness and rehabilitation programs tailored to various patient demographics.
- Active engagement in continued education and training related to physical therapy best practices.
