Job Summary
Evaluate patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions using specialized assessment techniques to determine the best course of treatment. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies, utilizing manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities. Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies to empower their recovery. Collaborate with orthopedic specialists and chiropractors to provide seamless care while maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with state regulations. Engage diverse populations including athletes, post-surgical patients, and those seeking preventative care to enable them to return to daily activities.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a current license as a Physical Therapist in California (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Exhibit strong knowledge of orthopedic and sports rehabilitation practices
- Demonstrate excellent manual therapy skills and the ability to apply clinical reasoning in patient assessments
- Showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for effective patient education and team collaboration
- Ability to work independently and alongside a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
