Job Summary
Perform full-scope oral surgery, including extractions, implants, bone grafting, and pathology; deliver safe and effective IV sedation and general anesthesia; diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans; collaborate with referring providers to ensure seamless patient care; maintain thorough and accurate patient records; provide an exceptional patient experience in a compassionate, professional environment. Join a private practice with clinical autonomy and full operational support, located in Corvallis, OR, working 16 days per month full-time. Requires DDS/DMD, CODA-accredited OMFS residency, board certification or eligibility, active Oregon dental license (or eligibility to obtain), and DEA/BLS/ACLS certifications. Strong communication and team-based, patient-centered care approach is essential.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
- Board certified or board eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
- Active Oregon dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
- DEA, BLS, ACLS certifications
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Passion for team-based, patient-centered care
