Job Summary
Provide skilled one-on-one in-home nursing care for a medically fragile patient in Mesa, Arizona. Follow physician orders and individualized care plans while administering medications and performing patient assessments. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate effectively with physicians, family, and the clinical team. Assist with activities of daily living and strictly follow enhanced infection-prevention practices due to the patient's vulnerability. This full-time or part-time role offers flexible hours, competitive weekly pay, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Paid orientation and one-on-one training are provided to support your success.
Required Qualifications
- Current Arizona RN or LPN License (Compact License accepted)
- Current BLS Certification
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Current TB test or chest X-ray within the past 12 months
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Article 9 Certification (or willingness to obtain—we can assist)
