Full-Time or Part-Time Physician - Family Medicine

Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, including general and preventive care, office-based procedures, and management of chronic health problems. Act as the medical provider for complex cases to support advanced practice providers while delegating patients appropriately. Perform or request special screenings and developmental tests, interpret results, and make referrals to other physicians and allied healthcare professionals as needed. See an average of 17 to 19 patients daily with dedicated clinical assistants. Support the growing community health center's two clinic locations and diverse clinical staff in Grand Junction, Colorado, using the Epic EHR.
