Full-Time or Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents required to reside on campus, two-person, married couple role serving 8–13 students in each home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transporting and planning activities, leading devotions, and budget/household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transitioning to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Includes relocation assistance and paid training. Both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
