Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially on a9-day on/3-day off schedule across multiple homes, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person around $44,768 (approximately $168,000 total per couple with housing and meals), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid time off, and training. Requires a two-year legally married status for both spouses, age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort with Judeo-Christian services; both spouses must submit individual employment applications for consideration.
