Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Qualifications include experience with youth, a legally married two-person couple (both spouses 27+), high school diploma or GED, driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus and religious observance constraints.
