Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, with a rotating nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule and eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- High school diploma or GED
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

- Must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses must be age 27 or older; no alcohol permitted while on duty; weapon-free campus; pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
