Job Summary
Full-Time Flex Houseparents (two-person couple) reside in on-campus student homes, supervising and supporting 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-on/three-off duty to a Placed Houseparent role. Requires a two-person married couple, each completing an individual application; compensation includes per-person salary with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse, married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work in a two-person team in a student residence
- Ability to drive student vans
- No alcohol on duty and campus rules compliance
