Full-time Flex Houseparents on Milton Hershey School’s campus in Hershey, PA, where married couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise, mentor, and support groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-days-on / three-days-off schedule across multiple homes and progresses to a Placed Houseparent role with the same students.
