Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, to supervise and guide 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, and structured routines. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with a nine-on, three-off cycle, with transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, and eligibility for a two-person married-couple placement (couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses age 27+).
