Full-Time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on-campus in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Qualifications require experience working or volunteering with youth, high school diploma or GED, a two-year marriage minimum, both spouses age 27 or older, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
