Full-Time Flex Houseparents responsible for residing in on-campus student homes and providing care, supervision, and guidance to a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed houseparent role. Requires two-year married couple, age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; total compensation per couple approximates $180,000.
