Two-person married couple to serve as Full-Time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, providing supervision and mentorship to 8–13 students in on-campus homes; responsibilities include administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition into a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Relocation and paid training provided; benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement options, and paid time off. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus.
