Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus to supervise and guide 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, and structure in a family-like home. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a stable on-campus household schedule (nine days on, three days off) with eventual placement in a single student home.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; staff serve as role models for students
