Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in student homes, provide supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation, and development activities; role progresses to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students; nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; requires two spouses who are legally married, age 27 or older, and high school diploma or GED; relocation assistance and paid training provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement savings, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
