Job Summary
Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparent role living on an on-campus student home. Couples will provide supervision, mentoring, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on, three-off schedule initially and potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided. Requires on-campus residence, on-site duties, and adherence to campus policies; both spouses must apply individually for consideration.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
