Job Summary
Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparents living on campus in Hershey, PA to care for 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same student group. Eligible for relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; a high level of commitment and collaboration between spouses is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
