Full-time Flex Houseparents provide daily supervision, mentorship, and oversee household routines for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, guiding daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and managing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with comprehensive benefits. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, be 27 or older, possess a high school diploma or GED, and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to be certified to drive student vans.
