Job Summary
Full-Time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a consistent home with the same students. Benefits include salary per person around $44,768 plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Requirements include youth-facing experience, a high school diploma or GED, two years married, both spouses 27+, no more than three dependent children in the home, a smoke- and weapon-free campus, a valid U.S. driver’s license with van-driving certification ability, and comfort leading devotions and Chapel services.

- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse role must complete individual employment applications
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
