Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-days-on/four-off cycle initially transitioning to a stable home with the same group of students; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Chapel services
