Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. They manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in development and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, accompany students to Sunday Chapel, manage budgeting and reporting, and work a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students. The role is a two-person, married-couple position with on-site housing and benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a focus on fostering academic, emotional, and social development within a structured, family-like environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
