Job Summary
Full-Time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple role) reside in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Work schedule starts with a nine-on, three-off cycle and progresses to the Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and demonstrated integrity; must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses age 27+; relocation assistance available.
