Full-Time or Pa

Flex Houseparents: a full-time two-person, married-couple role living on campus in a student home to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel, oversee budgeting, and transition to a placed houseparent role; includes on-campus housing, meals, health and retirement benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses 27+, and able to lift up to 50 lbs; HS diploma or GED required. Two individual employment applications are required for consideration.
