Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes with a two-person, married-couple team. They provide daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, and guidance for 8–13 students, coordinate routines and schedules, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational programs, lead devotions and attend Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and on-site housing.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse employment: both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Two-year minimum marriage period for eligibility
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Ability to reside on-campus in housing provided
Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
