Job Summary
Full-time two-person Flex Houseparents on the Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student-home assignment. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with comprehensive coverage; relocation assistance and paid training. Requires two spouses who are legally married for at least two years, both aged 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Applicants must be willing to live on-campus and participate in Judeo-Christian chapel activities; alcohol-free while on duty. To apply, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Willingness to reside on-campus with students
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
