Full-Time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes with a two-person married couple, providing daily supervision, mentorship, routines management, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leadership of devotions and Sunday Chapel. The roles include budgeting and reporting duties, a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule transitioning to a Placed Houseparent with the same students, and relocation assistance plus comprehensive benefits. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compatibility with a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must complete individual applications and be at least 27 years old.
