Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing daily supervision, mentorship, supervision of household routines and student schedules, medication administration, transportation for activities, and leadership of devotions and Sunday Chapel for a group of ~8–13 students. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition into a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Compensation is $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. The position requires a legally married two-person couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, a valid US driverf s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
