Job Summary
Full-Time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes, providing care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budgeting/house reporting. Initially work nine consecutive days on, then three days off, with eventual placement in a consistent student home. Requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED. Relocation assistance and paid training provided. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement options, PTO, and on-duty housing"
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working with youth or volunteering with youth
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
