Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparents will reside on campus in Hershey, PA, living with a group of approximately 8–13 students and providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role in the same student home. Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple with housing and meals), comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement savings, relocation assistance, paid time off, and paid training. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a legally married two-year partnership, both spouses aged 27+, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to campus policies (smoke-free, weapon-free, and limited pets).
