Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School: married couples live in on-campus student homes (approximately 8–13 students) and provide supervision, mentorship, and support, including managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and reporting. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home.
