Job Summary
Two-person full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School located in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed home with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and weekly chapel
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Experience with youth (work or volunteering)
