Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (a two-person, married-couple role) reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role after an initial nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule. Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple with benefits and housing), comprehensive health/dental/vision, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requires high school diploma or GED, two-year marriage minimum for both spouses, age 27+, driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; role emphasizes faith-based activities (Judeo-Christian services) and leadership of students in devotions. Required Qualifications

- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Valid U.S. driver’s license

- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- Proven integrity and professionalism; role-model behavior for students
- Willingness to complete individual employment applications for consideration
- Relocation assistance and paid training provided
