Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent while following a nine-on/three-off schedule. The role emphasizes living in a family-like environment to support students’ academic, emotional, and social development; relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.

- Two-spouse requirement: both spouses must apply separately
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
