Two-person married couple sought as Full-Time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes in Lexington, KY, providing care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple student homes and transitions to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group.
