Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus with groups of 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care. Responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. The role starts as nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement with the same student group. Both spouses must apply individually; the position is a two-person, married-couple role with age requirements and on-campus housing.
