Full-Time or Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents live in on-campus student homes and, as a two-person married couple, provide supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Duties include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in the same student home. Benefits include salary per person with comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, relocation assistance, paid time off, and other benefits. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be at least 27 years old; non-smokers and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty; experience with youth preferred.
