Job Summary
Two-person, Full-Time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and support groups of ~8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, transportation, and development activities. Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, administering medications, leading devotions and Chapel services, budgeting, and coordinating recreational and educational activities. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided; salary is $44,768 per person with total compensation for a couple around $168,000.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
