Full-Time or Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person couple) reside on-campus in student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group. Benefits include salary per person plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requirements include youth-related experience, a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, valid U.S. driver’s license (and ability to become certified to drive student vans), ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with alcohol prohibited while on duty.
