Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and activities for 8–13 students, including supervision, scheduling, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role transitions from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent with ongoing supervision responsibilities, compensation per person around $44,768 annually (total couple compensation around $168,000 with housing and benefits), relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits, and requires high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs; candidates must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses 27+ years old, and no more than three dependent children in the home.
