Full-Time or Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) reside on-campus in student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include housing, meals on duty, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, and relocation assistance. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, and hold a high school diploma or GED; ability to lift 50 lbs and obtain driver certification for student vans. Requires commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and adherence to chapel services.
