Job Summary
Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparent role on a residential campus: married couple living in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. The position starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and subsequently transitions to living with the same student group as a Placed Houseparent. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Two-year marriage and both spouses age 27 or older
- Two-person role for couples
