Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students. The position requires a two-person, married couple dynamic, with both spouses living in on-campus housing, and a commitment to a structured, family-like environment dedicated to student well-being and development.
